Deze beveiligingscamera maakt deel uit van de WizSense serie, bestaande uit camera's die slimme detectiefuncties en een deep learning algoritme toepassen voor een verhoogde betrouwbaarheid. Met behulp van de ingebouwde video analysefuncties kan de Dahua DH-IPC-HDBW2841RP-ZAS bewegende objecten detecteren en analyseren. De camera reageert bijvoorbeeld bij bewegingsdetectie of wanneer iemand een ingestelde lijn overschrijdt. Het intelligente algoritme zorgt ervoor dat de camera alleen reageert op personen en voertuigen, waardoor de kans op vals alarm minimaal is.
U kunt de Dahua DH-IPC-HDBW2841R-ZAS gebruiken in verschillende binnen- en buitensituaties. De stevige behuizing (IP67) biedt bescherming tegen vocht en stof en zorgt ervoor dat de camera tevens weerbestendig is. Daarnaast beschikt de camera over de hoogste certificering voor slagvastheid (IK10), wat hem vandaalbestendig maakt.
De video-opnames van de Dahua DH-IPC-HDBW2841R-ZAS zijn live te volgen via de Dahua web interface, maar ook lokaal op te slaan op een SD/SDHC/SDXC-kaart (tot 256 GB), NAS of NVR. Om de bestandsgrootte te beperken past de Dahua DH-IPC-HDBW3841R-ZAS-S2 H.265+ beeldcompressie toe. Deze techniek is maar liefst twee keer zo efficiënt als H.264 en heeft verder geen invloed op de beeldkwaliteit.
U kunt de Dahua camera met een 12V DC voedingsadapter (niet meegeleverd) of via PoE (802.3af) van stroom voorzien. Het voordeel van PoE is dat u slechts één kabel nodig heeft om de camera van netwerkverbinding en stroom te voorzien en deze niet apart hoeft aan te sluiten op een stopcontact. Om de camera te voeden via PoE heeft u nog wel een PoE-injector of PoE-switch nodig.
